1984年２月初旬に、新田原基地で日米共同訓練がありました。

米軍は嘉手納基地のF15、
築城基地の３０４SQのF4、６SQのF1
新田原基地の２０２SQのF15、２０４SＱのＦ１０４が参加しました。
（4種類の機体が参加しました。）
F104はチップタンク無しでの参加でした。


共同訓練と同時に、通常訓練も行われていましたので、
終日、多くの機体が飛び回って賑やかな基地でした。

F104の８６４号機です。タンク付きは、通常訓練時です。


In early February 1984, there was a Japan-US joint training at Nyutabaru　Base.

The U.S. Air Force is at Kadena Air Base's F15,
304SQ F4 and 6SQ F1 at Tsuiki Air Base
F15 of 202SQ and F104 of 204SQ of Nyutabaru　base participated.
(4 types of aircraft participated.)
F104 was a participation without a chip tank.


At the same time as the joint training, regular training was also conducted, so it was a lively base with many aircraft flying around all day.
