1995年1１月26日の新田原基地航空祭終了後にT1が芦屋基地へ帰る際のショットです。

当時は、航空祭終了後に外来機が自分の基地に帰る離陸を撮影するのが楽しみでした。

T1の機首にはユニークなデザインの「芦屋釜」が描かれていました。

芦屋釜は、南北朝時代頃（14世紀半ば頃）から筑前国芦屋津金屋
（現在の福岡県遠賀郡芦屋町中ノ浜付近）で造られた茶の湯釜です。
その芸術性、技術力に対する評価は今なお高く、国指定重要文化財の
茶の湯釜9点の内、8点を芦屋釜が占めています。
