これは２０１３年６月中旬に行われた日米共同訓練に飛来した岩国基地の海兵隊のFA18の離陸です。

１９９２年９月、百里基地の３０５SqのF4がF１５に機種転換すると聞いて居ても立っても居られず、
百里基地に赴き基地内を見学させていただきました。

そのときに基地内で初めて見た２０４ＳＱのF１５ー９２９号機の左右の「ミスティック・イーグル」です。

当時、航空自衛隊の戦技競技会に、２０４SQのF15は、機首にミスティックイーグルと呼ばれる
北欧神話に登場するワルキューレをノーズアートとして描いていたノーズアートを描いていました。

それがとっても美しい芸術デザインで、全国の飛行機マニアの憧れでした。



In September 1992, I heard that the F4 of 305Sq at Hyakuri base would be converted to F15,
but I couldn't stand, so I went to Hyakuri base and visited the base.

It is the left and right "Mystic Eagle" of F15-929 of 204SQ that I saw for the first time in the base at that time.At that time, at the Japan Air Self-Defense Force's tactical competition, the 204SQ F15 drew a nose art on the nose, which was a art of Valkyrie, which appears in Norse mythology, called Mystic Eagle.
It was a very beautiful art design, and it was a longing for airplane enthusiasts all over the country.
