ちょうど8年前の今日、2016年5月31日（火曜日）、熊本地震の影響を受けた地域を慰問するために、
ゼロ戦が熊本空港に飛来しました。
ゼロ戦の「日の丸」の横に、熊本県のキャラクター「くまモン」のエブレムが貼られていました。

２００４年１2月中旬に、小松基地の戦闘機と築城基地の戦闘機がお互いに訓練していました。
この日、入間基地の航空自衛隊創設50周年記念塗装のT4が築城基地に飛来しました。
