T-2CCVは、防衛庁技術研究本部がCCV（Control Configured Vehicle）技術を得るため1982年度にT-2練習機（103号機）をベースに開発した実験用航空機でした。


T-2CCVは、T-2にFBW（ Fly by wire）システムを備えるとともに、各種のCCV制御モードを実現するために必要な改造を加えました。

198３年４月から198６年3月にかけて、技術研究本部と航空実験団により138回、飛行試験が行われました。

本機の成果は後のF-2戦闘機の開発に役立ちました。
（F-2の開発では、アメリカ側から飛行制御に関するソースコードの開示が拒否されたが、T-2CCVの技術者を設計チームに編入し、本機の経験や成果から独力での開発に成功している。）

The T-2CCV was an experimental aircraft developed by the Defense Agency Technology Research Headquarters based on the T-2 trainer aircraft (No. 103) in 1982 to obtain CCV (Control Configured Vehicle) technology.
The T-2CCV is a T-2 equipped with an FBW (fly by wire) system and the necessary modifications to realize various CCV control modes.
From April 1983 to March 1986, 138 flight tests were conducted by the Technology Research Headquarters and the Aeronautical Experiment Group.

The results of this aircraft were useful in the development of the later F-2 fighter.
(In the development of the F-2, the US side refused to disclose the source code related to flight control, but he incorporated T-2CCV engineers into the design team and succeeded in developing it independently based on his experience and achievements with this aircraft.)
